The DHD network was established as a subsidary of Cranleigh Freight Services, an award winning UK and European transport company, with over 30 years of logistics experience. DHD has grown to 11 Nationwide regional depot centres shown below:
1999 - Entry into the Home Delivery market with a dedicated solution for a large high street retailer 2000 - Identified niche opportunity to introduce a nationwide network to carry out 2 man home deliveries. 2001 - DHD Direct Home Delivery was established as a subsidiary of Cranleigh Freight Services 2002 - Southern areas expanded and nationwide partners identified 2003 - DHD offers a full nationwide 2 man home delivery service 2004/5 - DHD service is refined and expanded. Awarded further contracts with several high street names 2006 - Development of bespoke order management system 2007 - Installation of automated and barcoded warehouse management system
2008 - Web enabled client access to order management and aggregate stock systems 2009 - Winners of The Toast of Surrey Business Awards
