If you want to be able to book your consignments quickly and online, Cranleigh Freight Services provides a booking form designed to give you peace of mind and traceability of your consignment. Once you've setup your account, just download the form and follow the instructions below:

After clicking to download your booking form you will be asked whether you want to 'open' or 'save', click 'SAVE'

- Once downloaded, click open to get started
- Enter your CFS Trader Number (issued by us) in Cell C1
- Fill in number of pallets and delivery details
- Select your service from the drop-down menu
- Enter any special instructions (e.g. Tail lift required)
- Enter your reference number to appear on your invoice
- Once completed click to send to our booking system
- You then recieve an automated email including:
- Your reference number
- PLT job reference to track your pallets

  The PLT reference can be used to track your pallets through the Pall-Ex Track & Trace system, accessible through the CFS website here
