From the outset DHD has identified the importance of making arrangements with the home-owner, ensuring someone will be there on the day to take delivery. However, we believe that our responsibility to the consumer does not stop at just the delivery. The DHD service emphasises the need to ascertain any access problems in advance and work with the consumer to make sure their experience is a positive one.
